About Us
The Mindability Group (Mindability), based in Scottsdale, Arizona, first introduced its approach to systematic and successful interventions for behavioral health conditions with its flagship publication, "Integrated Cognitive Restructuring" in 1995.
Mindability's portfolio now includes both in-person and online self-coaching, psycho-educational programs for: resiliency/stress management, depression, anxiety, anger, Â psychophysiologic conditions, boosting emotional intelligence, and other behavioral challenges facing us all today.
Built on forty-five years of industry experience, Mindability programs have been successfully used by leading hospitals, behaviorall health centers, government agencies, senior adult organizations, primary care clinicians, family business concerns and corporations, reaching individuals ranging from adolescents to mature adults.
Their innovative low-to-moderate intensity programs help reduce the stigma that inhibits many with behavioral health concerns from seeking assistance, and increase needed access.
Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.
