What is it?

Insomnia matters! is an online video program that consists of five powerful modules, each containing a key component of quality sleep. You begin by incorporating each new element at your own pace over the next 2-4 weeks. It is:

  • An evidence-based self-coaching program you access online
  • Self-paced
  • Practical


Who Benefits?

Persistent problems with falling or staying asleep is very common, particularly among law enforcement officers. They occur in as much as one third of the general population. Shift work and sleep deprivation only heighten the problem.
