The Mindability Group (Mindability), based in Scottsdale, Arizona, first introduced its approach to systematic and successful interventions for behavioral health conditions with its flagship publication, "Integrated Cognitive Restructuring" in 1995. Mindability's portfolio now includes both in-person, online self-coaching, psycho-educational programs for resilience, stress management, depression, generalized anxiety, psychophysiologic conditions, enhancing emotional intelligence, and other behavioral challenges facing clients today.
Built on forty five years of industry experience, Mindability programs have been successfully used by leading hospitals, mental health centers, government agencies, senior adult organizations, primary care clinicians, family business concerns and corporations, reaching individuals ranging from college students to mature adults. Their innovative low to moderate intensity programs continue to reduce the stigma that inhibits many individuals with behavioral health concerns from seeking assistance, and increasing access.
